The original print called "Manabeshima" by Hiroshi Yoshida shows ships additionally but no gulls.
Rendering a coastal scene like this has become possible recently when
the Janim2.class Java lake applet was created by Roger Dillon.
This seescape uses only parameters that can be used online with the
free and test version of this shareware applet.
The shareware version of Janim.class supports additional powerfull parameters.
These additional parameters can be tested and used off line with the free version.
The newest version Janim3.class can be downloaded at www.lakecards.com/janim/ and
a fairly new version can be found as/in "Janim3.jar" in Your browser cache at the moment ; o ).
